Terms of Service

HUDDLE lets you describe your work and generates custom workspaces — trackers, tables, notes, and related tools — that you can edit and save. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Google account secure. You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information.

• Free includes one workspace. Pro ($19/mo) and Team ($49/mo) unlock more.
• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Don’t use HUDDLE to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious content, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

You own the content you create in HUDDLE. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you so the service works. We don’t claim ownership of your workspaces.

HUDDLE is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CM Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using HUDDLE at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
