Privacy Policy

• Account information from Google Sign-In — your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Workspace content you create — tasks, notes, tables, and other data in your dashboards.
• Google Calendar events — only if you explicitly connect your calendar, and only read-only, to display your events inside your workspace.
• Billing information — subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; Stripe does.

We use your data solely to provide and operate HUDDLE: to authenticate you, save and sync your workspaces, display your calendar events, and manage your subscription. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

HUDDLE’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Calendar data is accessed read-only, used only to show your events within your workspace, is never sold, never used for advertising, and is not shared with third parties except as needed to provide the feature. You can disconnect your calendar at any time.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run HUDDLE:

• Google — sign-in and (optional) calendar.
• Supabase — secure database storage for your workspaces.
• Stripe — subscription billing.
• Vercel — application hosting.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us — we will remove it promptly.

Data is stored on managed, access-controlled infrastructure and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
