Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated: August 3, 2026
The short version: cancel whenever you like, in one click. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you're never billed again after that.
Who you're buying from
Paddle.com Market Ltd is our Merchant of Record. Paddle is legally the seller, takes payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues your receipt. Paddle also runs its own buyer-protection policy and may refund at its discretion — nothing here limits that.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal immediately.
You keep your paid access until the end of the current billing period. We don't cut you off the moment you cancel — you paid for that month and it's yours. After it ends, your account drops to the free plan.
Your data stays on the free plan. Cancelling is not deleting — if you want your account and data removed entirely, email us and say so.
Refunds for part-used months
We don't give pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a month you've already started. You keep full access for the time you paid for, so nothing is lost — the month is used, not wasted.
If you were charged for a renewal you genuinely meant to cancel and haven't used since, tell us within 14 days. We'll refund it. We'd rather do that than keep money from someone who didn't mean to spend it.
What we always refund
The section above is about changing your mind. It isn't a way around our obligations, and it cannot be. A paid service has to be provided with reasonable care and skill and has to match how we described it — rights that can't be signed away by anything on this page.
So we'll refund you if:
- you were charged twice, or charged the wrong amount;
- you were billed after cancelling;
- a paid feature was unavailable or broken for a meaningful part of your billing period;
- the plan doesn't do what the pricing page said it does.
Free trials and the free plan
The free plan is free indefinitely and never asks for a card. If a trial of a paid plan is offered, we tell you when it ends before it converts, and cancelling before then means you're not charged at all.
How to ask
Email hello@gethuddle.tech from the address on your account, with your Paddle receipt number if you have it. We aim to reply within 3 working days and to resolve agreed refunds within 14 days.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle. You can also contact Paddle directly using the details on your receipt. None of this affects your statutory rights.
